Bounce House is Pensacola's favorite family entertainment center where kids can play and be creative! We believe families deserve a place to have fun, grab a bite, and get plenty of exercise in an air conditioned, clean and safe environment.

Bounce House believes in the power of play! We're proud to provide a place where kids and parents can play and enjoy activities together as a family. No reservations or call-ahead are required for general admission, as open play is available during all of our normal operating hours. Open Play Rates

Infants: Free! Must be monitored by parent or guardian at all times
Crawlers: $7 Must be monitored by parent or guardian at all times
Ages 1–3: $12 Must be monitored by parent or guardian at all times
Ages 4–12: $14 Must be monitored by parent or guardian at all times
Ages 13–17*: $12 Siblings accompanying younger child only, must be monitored by parent or guardian at all times
Parent/Guardian*: Free! May play games and assist children on inflatables

*Admission Guidelines:

  • Admission is not limited to a certain amount of playtime. You can stay and play as long as you want during our normal open hours!
  • Maximum of two free adults per paid child admission. Additional adults are $7 each.
  • Children aged 1–4 may play in the main area and the toddler area.
  • Children aged 5–12 may only play in the main area.
  • Siblings aged 13–17 will receive a wristband to allow them to play games and assist younger children on inflatables. Siblings must yield to smaller children when on inflatables.

    Unlimited visits for one year after the purchase date, valid any day of the week during regular hours.

  • Bounce Pass

    Good for five total visits, valid any day of the week during regular hours, pass expires one year after the purchase date. Save 20% off of regular admission prices!

We offer weekend group events for those times you want to get everyone together to play and have fun! Our group events are perfect for youth sports teams, homeschools, moms group play dates, church groups, camps and business family events.

FAQs

I don’t have a party reservation. Can I bring cake/cupcakes and eat in the lobby dining area?

We're sorry, but we cannot allow informal/non-reserved parties or gift exchanges. There are too many people eating in the dining room area at once with an informal party and they take too much seating away from other guests. You can still bring the children to come play, we just can’t allow outside food unless you have reserved an official party.

My child is having a birthday party. What do I need to do?

You just enjoy your child’s party! Simply bring a guest list of the children who you invited to help us with a head count, make sure they all have socks (bringing a few extra pairs is always a good idea) and we'll take care of the rest. We set everything up including the decorations, tables, place settings, etc. We then clean everything up afterward and are available to help carry the gifts to the car.

When do I show up for our party?

Please show up either on time or up to 10 minutes early. Please do not show up any earlier as it throws off our scheduling and affects other children's parties. It is difficult to assist a party when the next one arrives too early. Please do not arrive late or your guests will be waiting for you to start the party!

What food and drinks may I bring for my child's birthday party?

All you need to bring is birthday cake, ice cream, or cupcakes. No outside drinks are allowed. If your child has dietary restrictions or if you do not wish to have pizza, you may bring a maximum of two trays other than your birthday cake, ice cream or cupcakes. These two trays may not be pizza and cannot require power such as a crock pot, food warmer, etc. Also, if you have a guest with dietary restrictions, you may bring them their own meal or we can work with you on an acceptable solution.

How much party room time do we get?

The children can continue to play for up to one hour after the party is over during our regular open hours. We just need to clean the party room after the party ends.

What if I book for 20 kids and fewer show up, do I have to pay for 20?

We can drop your party down to the smaller party package. The head count is more for correct staffing. Most of us have children of our own and understand that things happen!

When should I book my party?

As soon as you decide on the date and time. The sooner you call, the more likely you are to get the date and time that you prefer! Most people book a month or more in advance but the earlier you can book, the better.

I am attending a birthday party as a guest. When do I show up?

The scheduled start time is perfect. You will need to sign in and get your wristband. As a parent guest, you can play with your child or watch them from the playroom seating. You may also hang out in the private party room and talk with other parents if you choose. We just ask that you don’t stand in the center of the playroom and block the children from playing or walking. Don’t forget your socks!

Will someone be able to lend a hand with bringing in my gifts/cake?

Absolutely! Just give us a call as you pull your car in and an employee will be glad to assist you with any items. We can also help you take any items to your car when the party’s over.

Will the parents or guardians be able to play on the equipment?

Yes, as long as the parents/guardians are not crowding the other children. We want everyone to have their own space and be safe. Otherwise, the parents/guardians can use the creative area as well as play video games or our electronic sports games like air hockey and foosball.

Are there food alternatives if my child does not like pizza?

You may call us about bringing a special meal if your child or guest has dietary restrictions.

Is a deposit required? What if I have to reschedule?

A $100 deposit is required for your party. The deposit is applied to the balance of the fee. If you provide us with at least a 15-day notice, we can reschedule or refund your deposit. We will only reschedule your party with a 15-day notice once, further changes will not be accommodated or refunded.
